FORT MYERS, Fla.- Fresh off of being named the 2026 NJCAA National Player of the Year, Florida SouthWestern sophomore Noelani Livingstone has found her new home for next season, signing with the University of Alabama to play for the Crimson Tide in 2027.
Livingstone will need a moving truck just for her 2026 awards when she makes her journey to Tuscaloosa this fall. She was named the NJCAA National Player of the Year, was a consensus 1st Team All-American by both the NJCAA and NFCA, was the Most Outstanding Offensive Player at the NJCAA World Series, the Most Valuable Player at the FCSAA Championships, and was both a 1st Team All-FCSAA and All-Citrus Conference pick this season.
She led the Bucs in nearly every major category this season, including batting average (.526), on base percentage (.609), slugging percentage (.849), hits (80), runs (68), doubles (16), triples (6), and stolen bases (32) while finishing second on the club in home runs (7) and RBIs (57).
She saved her best for last this season too, hitting .600 with 7 RBIs and 6 runs scored in FSW's three game run to the FCSAA Championship to earn Most Valuable Player honors for the tournament. After watching Alabama defeat LSU in the Tuscaloosa Super Regional, she went down the road to Oxford and hit .714 in five FSW games at the NJCAA World Series, posting a 2.051 OPS to earn Most Outstanding Offensive Player honors while leading the Bucs to a 3rd place National finish.
Livingstone is the second FSW player to sign with Alabama, following in the footsteps of one of her 2026 Buccaneer coaches, Courtney Gettins, who was the National Pitcher of the Year for FSW before finishing her career with the Tide in 2018 & 2019.
She is one of two Bucs to sign at the Division I level so far, joined by catcher Stephanie Basso who has inked with Florida Gulf Coast.
