Freshman (2021-2022): Tondi started all 27 games at point guard for the Bucs as a freshman, putting up 4.8 points and 3.8 assists per game while shooting 40% from both the floor and the three point line as a rookie to earn Second Team All-Conference honors.  She scored in double figures three times on the year including a career high 13 against Odessa before the break.  She dished out five or more assists seven times including a career high 9 in a win over Hillsborough to kick off Southern Conference play.  Equally as impressive in the classroom, Tondi was a member of the NJCAA All-Academic Third Team, as well as the FCSAA and Southern Conference All-Academic Teams.  

High School: Tondi came to FSW from Instituto La Salle in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she averaged 11 points per game as a senior and led her team to a U-17 National Championship.  

Personal: Born March 9, 2003, she is the daughter of Mariano Tondi and Carolina Stahl. She has a sister, Valentina (21) and a brother, Federico (25).

Hot Start Not Enough For Bucs in Semifinal Loss

The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers got off to a red hot start Friday afternoon in the FCSAA State Tournament Semifinals against #6 Northwest Florida State, but an ice cold third quarter and a slow start to the fourth did them in in a 69-60 loss to the Raiders to bring their 2022-2023 season to an end.

Bucs Shock #9 Gulf Coast in Region VIII Quarterfinals

After seeing their season come to an end at the hands of the Gulf Coast State Commodores in three of the last four seasons, the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers exacted a bit of revenge on Wednesday afternoon at the NJCAA Region VIII Tournament in Niceville, jumping out to a big early lead and hanging on late for a 71-65 win over the 9th ranked Commodores to advance to their first tournament semifinal since the 2019 season.

Bucs Cruise Past Palm Beach To Close Regular Season

The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers got off to a good start and never looked back Friday afternoon in Lake Worth, blowing past the Palm Beach State Panthers 76-58 to close out the regular season 19-8.

Bucs Drop Conference Finale to Hillsborough

The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers got off to a slow start and never got things completely going Saturday afternoon in Tampa, dropping an 88-82 decision to the Hillsborough Hawks in their 2023 Southern Conference finale.

Bucs Win Fifth Straight

The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers won their fifth straight game on Wednesday, going on the road and defeating the Palm Beach State Panthers 69-60 to improve to 18-7 on the year.

Williams & Tondi Notch Career Highs As Bucs Punch Playoff Ticket

Aaliyah Williams scored a career high 26 and Natalia Tondi followed suit with 17 as the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers cruised past the Miami Dade Sharks 76-58 Monday to clinch their spot in the FCSAA State Tournament next month.

Bucs Win Thriller Over #15 Indian River

Aaliyah Williams tied a career high with 24 points and Blessing King tied her own program record for the second straight game with 21 rebounds as the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers won a thrilling 78-75 decision over #15 Indian River Thursday night in Suncoast Credit Union Arena.

Hot Shooting Bucs Fly Past Hawks

The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers shot 56% from the field Monday night, flying past the Hillsborough Hawks 79-63 to earn their 15th win of the 2022-2023 season.

Second Chance Points Foil Bucs Upset Bid Against Pioneers

For the first 15 minutes of Florida SouthWestern's Southern Conference matchup with the #16 Indian River Pioneers on Wednesday in Fort Pierce, the Bucs controlled the pace, but a relentless Pioneers group crushed FSW on the glass from that point on with 24 second chance points to down the Bucs 71-65 and take control of the race for the conference crown with five games to go.

FSW Flies Past Hawks in Southern Conference Action

Blessing King and Macarena Retamales combined for 40 points and Natalia Tondi and Shaniya Rose each posted career highs as the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers cruised past the Hillsborough Hawks 85-67 in Southern Conference play Monday night in Suncoast Credit Union Arena in Fort Myers.

Bucs Collect Second Straight Road Win

For the second time in three days, the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers traveled to Florida's East Coast and collected a road win Friday night as the Bucs used a big third quarter and a second straight double-double from Blessing King for a 75-62 victory over Palm Beach State to improve to 12-6 on the year.

FSW Gets Past Sharks in Miami

The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers got back on the winning track on Wednesday night in Miami, knocking off the Miami Dade Sharks 73-51 behind 22 points from Macarena Retamales and a 12 point, 11 rebound double-double from Blessing King.

Bucs Drop Conference Opener

There was a lid on the basket for the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers today as the Bucs shot just 27% from the field and yielded 23 offensive rebounds to the #15 Indian River Pioneers to drop their 2023 Southern Conference opener 70-53.

Bucs Offense Explodes In Win Over Wayne County

The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers got contributions from their entire roster on Friday with all 11 players scoring four or more points and six different players scoring in double figures in a season best 118 point outburst against the Wayne County Wildcats.  FSW led 48-19 at the half before a 70 point second half finished off a 118-46 win.

Macarena Retamales and Aaliyah Williams combined for 43 points and Blessing King broke a program single game record with 21 rebounds as the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers raced past the Daytona State Falcons 73-53 Sunday night in Suncoast Credit Union Arena in Fort Myers.

Bucs Falter Late In Loss to #5 Gulf Coast

For 28 minutes, the #19 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers went toe to toe with the #5 Gulf Coast State Commodores Friday afternoon in Daytona Beach.  Unfortunately for the Bucs, a six minute stretch after that did them in as Gulf Coast went on a 23-4 run that FSW could never recover from as the Commodores went on to win 72-65.

Bucs Stunned By Titans

The #19 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers were stunned by the St. Petersburg Titans in the closing seconds of their contest Tuesday night at Suncoast Credit Union Arena, dropping a 71-70 decision after multiple close in shots to win it at the final horn missed their marks.

Sophomore Trio Leads Bucs Past Saints

The three headed monster of Jayla Murray, Macarena Retamales, and Aaliyah Williams combined for 50 of the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers' 67 points Saturday afternoon on the road at Santa Fe, leading the Bucs to a tight 67-63 win to push FSW to 5-2 on the early season.

Bucs Earn Early Season Statement Win

To say the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers felt slighted when they weren't announced as part of the preseason NJCAA Top 25 Rankings may be a bit of an understatement. The Bucs certainly made their case to be part of the next rankings on Saturday, holding #2 Shelton State to just 28% shooting in a 58-48 victory, the highest ranked opponent the FSW program has ever defeated.
