Bishop Named to All-FCSAA Team
Following a standout sophomore campaign for the Florida SouthWestern Buccaneers, guard Chelsea Bishop has been named to the 2026 All-FCSAA Team.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Following a standout sophomore campaign for the Florida SouthWestern Buccaneers, guard Chelsea Bishop has been named to the 2026 All-FCSAA Team.
Bishop led the Bucs with 15.3 points per game which was good for eighth in the state this season while shooting 49% from the field and 38% from the three point line, both of which ranked in the Top 15. She scored in double figures 21 times during the regular season including seven 20+ point efforts. Her career high came in February when she put up 29 including 25 in the second half in a 64-62 comeback win over Eastern Florida.
The Bucs will begin their postseason run on Thursday in Niceville when they take on #20 Gulf Coast State in the opening round of the FCSAA Championships.
