*FCSAA All-Academic Team (2025)

Freshman (2025): Jakubuwski hit .311 across 39 games for the Bucs as a freshman last season.  She drove in 13 runs and scored another 10 in her 45 at bats. She collected her first hit in her first collegiate at bat with a single in a win over #5 Walters State on Opening Day. Her lone multi-hit game of the year came agianst Hillsborough when she went 2-3 with a pair of RBIs in a 16-2 FSW romp. 

High School: Jakubuwski prepped with FSW teammate Zoe Yzaguirre at Evangelical Christian School where the pair led the Sentinels to a 2A State Championship in 2023. As a senior she hit .505 with 11 doubles and nine triples while driving in 41 runs. 

Personal: Born June 26, 2006, she is the daughter of Danny and Lisa Jakubuwski. She has an older brother, Zach (22).

In game one, the Bucs trailed until the final pitch, when Makayla Jakubuwski ripped a two run walk off single to right to win 4-3 before hammering the Eagles 8-1 in game two to complete the sweep.

A pair of Florida SouthWestern freshman dominated the Hillsborough Hawks in the circle on Tuesday afternoon at Buccaneers Park in Fort Myers as Alexandra Solo threw the third perfect game in Bucs history in an 8-0 game one win before Charlotte Graham missed the feat by just an infield single in game two as FSW once again blanked the Hawks 8-0 to finish the sweep.
